Shejwar's suspension echoes in Assembly
Bhopal, Nov 1 (UNI) Senior BJP legislator Dr Gauri Shankar Shejwar's suspension from BJP for ''anti-party activities'' echoed in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly today when Mr Ramlakhan Sharma (CPI-M) sought to raise it saying Dr Shejwar was in search of his seat.
When Mr Sharma raised the matter as the question hour was mid-way, Speaker Ishwardas Rohani said Dr Shejwar was on his seat.
The Speaker did not allow Industry Minister Babulal Gaur to join the issue.
Dr Shejwar, a close confidant of Bhartiya Jan Shakti President Uma Bharti, was suspended four days ago for publicly garlanding Ms Bharti during her Raisen visit last week.
