PM's two-day visit to TN starts on Nov 3
Chennai, Nov 1: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will pay a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu from November three.
An official release here today said Dr Singh would arrive here by a special aircraft at 2115 hrs on the said date. After a brief reception at the Chennai Airport, he would leave for Raj Bhavan for an overnight stay.
On November four, Dr Singh would visit suburban Oragadam by helicopter to lay the foundation stone for the National Automotive Testing Research and Development Infrastructure Project.
From there, he would leave for Sriperumbudur by road to pay floral tributes at Rajiv Gandhi Memorial and later visit Nokia Plant and the Rajiv Gandhi Institute.
After
inaugurating
the
Flextronics
Industrial
Park,
he
would
arrive
at
the
airport
by
helicopter
and
leave
for
New
Delhi
at
1600
hrs.
