Kartheeka Somavaram at AP temple

Tirupati, Nov 1 (UNI) 'Kartheeka Somavara Utsavam' will be celebrated at the Kapila Theertham Temple of Lord Shiva maintained by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).

TTD Local Temple Executive Officer Chithranjan said in a press release here today, the 'utsavam' will be celebrated on every Monday from November six to December three.

The 'Kartheeka Deepotsavam' would be conducted on December three and women and unmarried girls could light the 'deepam' (lamp) to fulfill their desires.
