11 new suspected dengue cases reported in PGI

Chandigarh, Nov 1 (UNI) As many as 11 new cases of suspected dengue fever have been reported in the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) here in the past 24 hours.

An official spokesperson said till date 484 patients of suspected dengue fever have been treated in the PGIMER.

Out of 11 new patients, six are from the tricity, she added.

She said out of the 38 patients presently admitted in the hospital, 19 were tested positive and three are in critical condition.
