P K Banerjee stable

Kolkata, Oct 27 (UNI) Soccer Olympian P K Banerjee is well on road to recovery after being admitted to a parivate nursing home in the city yesterday with a cerebral attach.

Dr Manoj Saha said, '' Mr Banerjee is much better now. We are hoping his condition will improve further in the next 24 hours. He is stable and responding to medicine. '' He also said due to the Oedema there was slight drowsiness, but that was not a worrying factor.

There was slight doze intravenous fluid even today, he added.

But the doctor said that he would be considered out of danger seeing the progress he makes in the next 24 hours.
