SSLC case accused remanded in CBI custody
Kochi, Oct 25 (UNI) A Special CBI Court today remanded Former Additional Director of Public Instruction M Gopalan, the tenth accused in the SSLC leak case, in CBI custody till Friday.
Judge B Kamal Pasha remanded Gopalan for further questioning by the investigating agency.
Earlier, Gopalan appeared before Investigating Officer P K Einstein in connection with his alleged involvement in awarding contract to co-accused Rajan Chacko to print the question papers from 2002 to 2005.
The Kerala High Court had earlier directed Gopalan to appear before the investigating officer to explain his case.
The CBI had arrested Deputy Director of Education V Sanu, Pareeksha Bhavan Former Secretary S Ravindran and Former Superintendent C P Vijayan Nair in the case.
