ONGC CMD cancels visit to Tripura

Agartala, Oct 25 (UNI) Oil and Natural gas Corporation (ONGC) officiating Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) R S Sharma has cancelled his visit to Tripura, scheduled to take place tomorrow.

An official of the Corporate Communication, Tripura Asset, informed UNI that due to his prior engagement of attending an important conference at Delhi on the October 27, and due to his tight schedule, the officiating CMD had to cancel his visit to the state and Silchar.

Mr Sharma was scheduled to arrive at Agartala tomorrow evening and hold an open house session with the employees of Tripura Asset.

He was also supposed to review various projects, being implemented in the state, added the official.
