The ambitious film project with two top heroines would be launched in April next year to be completed in flat six months, Mr Ghai told UNI over phone from Mumbai. A R Rahman, who had earlier given some spellbinding music in Ghai's 'Taal', would direct music for the film, he said.

Prior to starting his big bugdet venture, the showman would direct another film 'Black and White', to be shot in one schedule starting next month. The film will be a launch pad for Anurag Sinha, a diploma holder from Films Training Institute of India (FTII), Pune cast alongside Anil Kapoor.

With 'Black and White', Ghai - also a producer of films like 'Joggers Park', 'China Town' and 'Shadi Se Pehle'- will make a comeback in direction, his last movie as a director being 'Kisna', released in 2005.

Choosing the occasion of the anniversary of his production company, Mr Ghai announced other four films to be produced under his banner. One of these films 'Bombay to Bangkok' would be directed by Nagesh Kukkunoor, director of highly acclaimed 'Iqbal'. Another film 'Cycle Kick' to be directed by his chief assistant Sash Silgudia would go on floor next month, Ghai said.

Besides, three big budget films to be directed by Anees Bazmi, Abbas Mastan and Anrurag Bose would go on floors next year.

The cast and credits for these films are being finalised, he said.
