Dharwad records lowest temperature 16.7 degree celsius
Bangalore, Oct 24 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded here at 0830 hours today.
The rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably above normalat most places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and above normal a few places over North Interior Karnataka.
Minimum temperatures changed little and were normal over the State.
Bellary recorded the highest maximum temperature of 34.5 deg.
Celsius and Dharwad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16.7 deg. Celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Thursday morning : Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka.
Mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
Farmers forecast : Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Mandya, Mysore and Chamarajnagara districts.
Mainly dry weather may prevail over remaining districts of the State.
Local forecast for Bangalore city : Generally cloudy. Maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 29 deg. Celsius and 20 deg.
