Vidisha bypoll: 24 officials suspended

Vidisha, MP, Oct 23 (UNI) Twenty-four officials have been suspended by the district administration that also served showcause notices to 46 others for not fulfilling their duty relating to the October 30 byelection to the Vidisha Lok Sabha constituency.

''Eleven zonal officers and 35 other officials were served the notices for not attending a poll-linked meeting,'' Collector R K Mathur said yesterday.
