TCI Q2 net profit up 32%

New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) Transport Corporation of India Ltd (TCI), largest integrated supply chain and logistics solutions provider in the country, today clocked a 32 per cent increase in its net profit for the second quarter ended September 30 at Rs 6.54 crore from Rs 4.95 crore during the corresponding period last year.

The company also registered a 31 per cent jump in net profit during the half year ended September 30 at Rs 13.13 crore as compared to Rs 10.03 crore during the same period last fiscal.

During the half year, TCI's net sales were Rs 516.17 crore, an increase of 24 per cent over the sales of Rs 415.06 crore in the same period last year.
