RR jawan kills two colleagues, commits suicide

Jammu, Oct 23 (UNI) An Army jawan, posted in Rashtriya Rifles (RR) today went on a shooting spree, killing two of his colleagues before committing suicide at Budhal area of Rajouri district, official sources said.

At about 1500 hrs, a Naik of 60 RR opened fire at his colleagues, killing two of them, and then committed suicide, XVI corps spokesman Colonel D K Badola told UNI.

The names of dead were not yet disclosed. ''the families of the victims will be informed first,'' the spokesman said.

Earlier on October 21 (Diwali), an Army jawan of signals regiment went berserk and killed three of his colleagues at Narian in the same district.
