Govt officials campaigning for BJP: Cong

Bhopal, Oct 23 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has complained to the Election Commission (EC) regarding three government officials campaigning in the favour of the BJP for upcoming by-election to Vidisha parliamentary constituency.

Congress incharge for mode code J P Dhanopia today filed a complaint before the Chief Election Commissioner that Sironj Sub-Divisional Officer Sanjay Singh, tahsildar B D Namdev and tracer Surendra Singh Kushwaha were campaigning for the BJP.

Mr Dhanopia requested the EC to transfer the officials and not to post them on election duty.
