Burglary at Professor's home

Chennai, Oct 23 (UNI) Dacoits struck at a professor's house in suburban Adambakkam and decamped with Rs four lakh worth jewellery last evening.

Police said Dharmalingam (66), working as a professor in a private college, had left for his relatives house when the incident occurred.

The burglary came to light at night when he returned home and found the culprits had gained entry into the house by unscrewing the window grills.
