Belgaum AP records lowest temp of 16.8 deg Celsius

Bangalore, Oct 23 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations by the weather office at 0830 hours here today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum temperatures appreciably rose at most places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka.They were appreciably above normal at most places over Coastal Karnataka; above normal most places over Interior Karnataka being appreciably so few places over South Interior Karnataka.

Minimum temperatures fell at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka.

Bellary recorded the highest maximum temperature of 35.1 deg.

Celsius and Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16.8 deg. Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Local forecast for Bangalore city: Mainly clear skies. Maximum&minimum temperatures would be around 31 deg. Celsius and 19 deg.
