Two devotees die in road mishap in Punjab

Kapurthala, Oct 22 (UNI) Two persons were killed and 13 injured in a collision between a truck and a jeep on the national highway under Subanpur police station of this district today, police said.

The deceased had been identified as Satnam Singh and Gurdeep Kaur, residents of Rangar Nangal village in Gurdaspur district.

The jeep packed with devotees were returning home to Gurdaspur district after paying obeisance at a gurdwara in Kartarpur.The truck too was packed with devotees returning from Radha Swami headquarters at Beas.
