Vidisha bypoll: 17 officials suspended

Raisen, MP, Oct 21 (UNI) Seventeen officials, including a Public Health Engineering Department sub-engineer posted in this district, have been suspended for not attending a polling training camp ahead of the October 30 byelection to the Vidisha Lok Sabha constituency.

District Returning Officer and Collector Arun Bhatt took the disciplinary action, official sources said.

The camp was conducted on October 13 and 14.
