Two killed by lightning

Diphu, Oct 21 (UNI) At least two people were killed by lightning in Karbi Anglong district of Asom early this morning.

Subhonkar Das and Parimal Das were struck by lightning when they were working in the field at Kathaguri village, according to reports.

The incident occurred at about 0550 hrs and the two died on the spot, the reports added.
