Two killed by lighting

Diphu, Oct 21 (UNI) At least two persons died after being hit by lighting in Karbi Anglong district of Asom early this morning.

According to reports, Subhonkar Das and Parimal Das were hit by thunder when they were working in the field at Kathaguri village under Manja outpost of the district.

The incident occurred at about 0550 hours and they died on the spot, reports added.
