Sonata Software registeres 65 per cent increase in Profit in Q 2
Bangalore, Oct 21 (UNI) The Bangalore based Sonata Software Limited has registered a 30 per cent growth in its revenue and an increase of 65 per cent in the profit after tax during the second quarter ending September 30.
The revenue during the second quarter stood at Rs 47.06 Crore as against Rs 36.24 Crore earned during the same period last year, while profit after tax was Rs 9.26 Crore as against Rs 5.62 Crore during the corresponding period previous year, according to a release here today.
Sonata Software President&Managing Director B Ramaswamy said that ''sustained improvement over the last 12 quarters in key parameters like PAT, Cash flow generation, ROCE and operating margins has been maintained. All this has been organic and going forward the inorganic strategy will help sustain the growth trajectory. The acquisition of shares of TUI Infotech will be completed during the third Quarter of the fiscal year.'' UNI RM MSP SB1247
