Fashion designer Biddappa's son released on conditional bail

Bangalore, Oct 21 (UNI) Adam, son of fashion designer Prasad Biddappa, who was arrested on charges of allegedly assaulting policemen outside a city pub yesterday, was released on conditional bail by a City Court today.

The 11th City Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Basavaraj Chagareddy granted conditional bail to the accused. After the arrest, Adam was remanded to judicial custody till November 11 by the Magistrate, yesterday.

According to police, Adam, in a drunken state, had abused and assaulted the policemen who had gone to order closure of the pub for opening till late in the night against the rules.
