Special trains to clear rush during Diwali, Eid

New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Diwali and Eid festivals, the Northern Railway will run special trains.

The special trains include a train between New Delhi and Allahabad, a Rajdhani special train between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Mumbai Central and AC Special train between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Dehradun, a Northern Railway release said.

The 0259 Allahabad-New Delhi Special train will depart from Allahabad on October 25 at 2345 hours to reach New Delhi at 1010 hours the next day. In the return direction, the 0260 New Delhi- Allahabad, Special train will depart from New Delhi on October 26 at 1130 hours to reach Allahabad at 2150 hours the same day.

The 2954 A Hazrat Nizamuddin-Mumbai Central Rajdhani Tri-Weekly Special Train will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin on every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from October 25 to November 15 and from December 15 to January 14 at 1450 hours to reach Mumbai Central at 0820 hours the next day.

In the return direction, the 2953A Mumbai Central- Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Tri-Weekly Special Train will depart from Mumbai Central on every Friday, Sunday&Tuesday from October 27 to November 17 and from December 17 to January 16 at 1530 hours to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 1025 hours the next day.
