Siddaramaiah's comments spark tension near Mysore
Mysore, Oct 20 (UNI) Nearly 300 villagers, including women, today resorted to road blockade agitation on the Mysore-Nanjangud road on the outskirts of the city in protest against former Deputy Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's remarks on the proposed 'abishekha' to the cut out of Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and demanding an apology from him.
Vehicular traffic came to a grinding halt as hundreds of vehicles were stranded on the Mysore-Udhagamandalam highway.
