NKorea's Kim says no further nuclear tests

Seoul, Oct 20: North Korean leader Kim Jong-il told visiting Chinese envoy Tang Jiaxuan that Pyongyang planned to conduct no further nuclear tests, South Korea's Yonhap news agency quoted a diplomatic source in China as saying today.

''I understand he expressed clearly there was no plan to conduct nuclear tests,'' the source was quoted as saying.
