Militant leader nabbed in Manipur

Imphal, Oct 20 (UNI) Self-styled General Secretary of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) Ksh Noyon was nabbed at the international border area in Manipur's Chandel district yesterday.

Police said here today that the top militant leader was on way to Moreh, the border town, when he was apprehended by troops.

In a separate incident, Assam Rifles nabbed two cadres of United National Liberation Front (UNLF) during the past 24 hours.
