Deer poacher arrested in Bikaner

Bikaner, Oct 20 (UNI) A deer poacher, alleged to have shot four deers in Jhajhu village in Bikaner district has been arrested today, police said.

According to police, Khetaram Bawri was arrested from Lohiya village. Four poachers shot down four deers in Rohi in Jhajhu village under Kolayat police station yesterday. The police is now on the lookout for three others namely Ruparam, Sayra Ram and Sambhu.

When they were taking away the deers in sacks, the police arrived along with villagers. But the poachers managed to flee.

The police later raided several places and arrested Khetaram.
