3-day PC for Shakti Nagar murder accused

New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) A city court today remanded to three days in police custody the main accused in yesterday's murder of a five- year-old boy and attack on his sisters.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kalwajeet Arora sent Sanjay Das into police custody till October 22. The accused is facing charges of murder, attempt to murder and rape.

Sanjay Das, the domestic help of the Shakti Nagar-based family, allegedly murdered Pratham by slitting his throat and stabbed his sisters, 17-year-old Prerna and Nine-year-old Akriti, critically injuring them.
