17 injured in road accident

Sitapur, Oct 20 (UNI) Seventeen people sustained injuries, three of them seriously, when a mini-truck overturned in Khairabad area here this evening.

Police said the mishap occurred near Rafatpur village on the Lucknow-Delhi national highway, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it turned turtle.

The injured had been rushed to hospital.
