Two arrested sex scandal accused plead for bail

Chandigarh, Oct 19 (UNI) Former Jammu and Kashmir minister Raman Mattoo and another accused in the Srinagar sex scandal case today moved the Punjab and Haryana High court for grant of bail.

Mohammed Yusuf Mir, a DSP with the J and K police, is the other accused petitioner.

After the preliminary hearing, Justice Rajiv Bhalla issued notices on the bail plea of these petitioners, to CBI for November two, when a similar bail applications of three other accused are due to be heard.

All the accused are lodged in Burail central Jail here.
