Police teams rescue kidnapped boy

Vijayawada, Oct 19 (UNI) Six police teams rescued a four-year-old boy, who was missing since last evening in the city.

Assistant Commissioner of Police M Satyanarayana Rao said the accused in the case had kidnapped his friend's son Anji, following a dispute about the sale of film tickets in 'black market'.

Mr Rao said the boy's parents lodged a complaint with the police about their missing son late last night.

Following this, the police teams conducted searches till the early hours of today and rescued the boy. They arrested the accused Ravi.
