One killed, 7 injured in UP road accident

Lucknow, Oct 19 (UNI) At least one person was killed and seven others injured when a vehicle rammed into an Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus here today.

The mishap occurred on Lucknow-Sitapur highway under Etaonja police station. One passenger died on the spot and seven others were injured, police said.

The injured were rushed to hospital.
