Heroin worth Rs 1.25 crore seized

Bhadhoi, Oct 19 (UNI) Three miscreants were arrested while 1.25 kg of heroin in Bhadhoi district of Uttar Pradesh.

The seized consignment is estimated at Rs 1.25 crore in the international market.

Police Superintendent Nachiketa Jha today said acting on a tip-off cops conducted a raid last night and nabbed three smugglers.

On being frisked, heroin worth Rs 1.25 crore was recovered from their possession. The accused were arrested and sent to jail.

A case has registered.
