Hearing in Bharti Yadavs case deferred
New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) The Delhi High Court today deferred till November 1 further hearing on Bharti Yadav's plea for release of her passport in the Nitish Katara murder case.
Justice AK Sikri observed that in view of the Central Government's willingness to release Bharti's passport and extension of her visa, the case would be heard on November 1.
It may be recalled that Bharti had asked for her passport to depose in the Nitish Katara murder case.
She had submitted through counsel R K Kapoor that her visa would expire on November 25, five days after her scheduled deposition in the case.
