Four robbed vehicles seized, 2 arrested

Maharajganj, Oct 19 (UNI) Two auto lifters were arrested with the seizure of four robbed vehicles under Sonauli Kotwali police station limits here.

Police Superintendent Tarun Gaba yesterday said acting on a tip-off about the presence of some miscreants, cops rushed to the spot and nabbed Abhishek Srivastava-- a native of Gorakhpur and Anand Kumar Rai-- a resident of Mumbai last night and recovered four robbed vehicles from their possession.. On interrogation, the accused told that they used to rob the vehicles and smuggle them to Nepal.

A case was registered.
