Effigy of Afzal Guru hanged

Hubli, Oct 19: Activists of the Rashtra Rakshana Vedike here today hanged an effigy of Parliament attack accused Afzal Guru and staged a demonstration.

They also condemned the statements of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Gulam Nabi Azad and former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah that Afzal be granted clemency.
