Allsec H1 income jumps 39 pc

Chennai, Oct 19 (UNI) Allsec Technologies has registered a 38.5 per cent jump in its income during the half-year ended September 30 this year.

Announcing the second quarter results, a company release here today said income from operations was Rs 5,849.07 lakh as against Rs 4224.56 lakh for the half year ended September 30,2005, recording a growth of 38.5 per cent.

Profit before tax was Rs 1416.86 lakh as against Rs 910.42 lakh, a growth of 55.6 per cent. The net profit after tax was Rs 1418.32 lakh as against Rs 977.72 lakh for the previous period, recording a growth of 45.1 per cent.

Income from operations for the quarter ended September 30 was Rs 3083.24 lakh, which was up 28.7 per cent as against Rs2396.41 lakh for the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit before tax was higher by 47 per cent at Rs 747.20 lakh as against Rs 508.16 lakh while profit after tax was higher by 27.2 per cent at Rs 740.53 lakh against Rs 582.03 lakh.
