21 new cases of dengue reported in PGIMER

Chandigarh, Oct 19 (UNI) In the last 24 hours, 21 new cases of suspected dengue fever have been reported in the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) here.

Official spokesperson said that 60 patients were admitted in the hospital at present, of whom two were critical.

So far, 40 patients of suspected dengue fever have been treated in the PGIMER this season, she added.
