Infotech registers Rs 20.26 cr net profit in Q2

Hyderabad, Oct 18: Infotech Enterprises Ltd (Infotech) today reported Rs 20.26 crore net profit from an operating revenue of Rs 131.2 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Its un-audited financial result in the quarter taken on record by the Board at its meeting here today showed that operating revenues were higher by 12.2 per cent at Rs 131.2 crore as against Rs 117.3 crore in the previous quarter.

Its operating profits were higher by 29.2 per cent at Rs 28.3 crore compared to Rs 21.93 crore in April-June, 2006.

The Net Profit After Tax (before share of Joint Venture profit) was up 5.3 per cent at Rs 17.2 crore as compared to Rs 16.4 crore while Net Profit After Tax (after share of Joint Venture profits) up 2.6 per cent at Rs 20.26 crore.
