Finolex Cables Q2 net jumps 318 pc

Mumbai, Oct 18 (UNI) Finolex Cables Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 21.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 5.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, up 318.28 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 172.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 277.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
