Case against BJP MLA for damaging Vidhan Sabha gate

Shimla, Oct 18 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Police has registered a case against BJP MLA Hari Narayan Saini for allegedly damaging Vidhan Sabha gate on October 4, Shimla SP AP Singh today said.

The case was registered against Mr Saini after the police received a letter from the Vidhan Sabha that he had damaged the public property by ramming his vehicle into the gate after it failed to open.

Mr Singh said action would be taken against the accused if he was found guilty.
