Two metro trains crash in Rome, some injuries

Rome, Oct 17: Two trains on Rome's underground metro train system collided today and a number of people were reported to have been injured, an official said.

ATAC, the Rome metro operator, confirmed reports of the crash at Piazza Vittorio underground station in the city centre but could not provide any more details on the extent of the damage or injuries.
