Two Bangladeshi nationals arrested in Bengal

Nadia, Oct 17 (UNI) Two Bangladeshi nationals were arrested from Majdia railway station and incriminating papers including arabic manuscripts were recovered from them, police said.

The two, identifed as Khondakar Islam (36) and Md Luthshar Rahman (25) were arrested after they trespassed into the country through the Gede border.

Police said the customs officials and West Bengal police during a joint frisking arrested them.

Interrogation is on to ascertain their entry into India without valid documents, police said.
