Mild quake measuring 5 rocks Andaman region
New Delhi, Oct 17: An earthquake of moderate intensity shook the Andaman and Nicobar region this afternoon.
The quake, measuring 5 on the Richter Scale, occurred at 1329 hrs, India Meteorological Department said here.
It epicentred off the West Coast of Andaman Islands.
