IndusInd Bank launches Gift Card in assoc with Visa

New Delhi, Oct 17: IndusInd Bank, a private-sector bank, today announced the launch of its 'Indus Gift Card' in association with Visa.

''Through Indus Gift Card we are providing an opportunity both to customers as well as non-customers to experience the technical capabilities and superior services offered by IndusInd Bank. Indus Gift Card is an ideal gift for all occasions enabling recipients to purchase items of their choice from any Point-of-Sale terminal in India and abroad,'' IndusInd Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Bhaskar Ghose said.

The card is a prepaid card available in any denomination, including odd amounts, from Rs 250 to a maximum of Rs 20,000.

It can be used at any Point of Sale outlet in India or abroad, on-line purchase portals and VISA BillPay. The users will be able to check the available balance in the card from any of the company's ATMs.

IndusInd Bank Ltd has a net worth of Rs 866 crore as on March 31, 2006.
