HP unveils comprehensive business computing portfolio

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Hewlett-Packard today expanded its industry's broadest portfolio of commercial computing products adding five new business PCs, a thin client solution and three new monitors, in its product range, designed and engineered to simplify business customers most troublesome IT concerns.

HP's latest suite of products support the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and vProTM technology to benefit from remarkable energy-saving computing performance, as well as technologies which enhance desktop PC security and manageability.

''Growing businesses today are plagued by increasing security threats, such as malicious viruses, spyware and identity theft. At the same time, IT managers are driven to improve processes and customer service models,'' HP Asia Pacific Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Systems Unit Joergen Jakobsen said.

The comapny is working with its partners to deliver on our commercial customers imperatives of strengthened security, cost reduction and energy-efficient performance, Mr Jakobsen added.
