New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) C&C Constructions, an infrastructure project developing company, has filed draft red herring prospectus with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its initial public offer.

The company proposes to make an initial public offer through 100 per cent book building issue, a company statement said.

The offer will constitute 54,77,634 equity shares of Rs 10 each and will account for 30 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company.

The net proceeds of the issue are intended to be used for funding the company's capital expenditure requirements, augmenting its working capital resources and for investment in various Build Operate and Transfer projects.

C&C Constructions is engaged in providing engineering, procurement and construction services for infrastructure projects in India and Afghanistan.

In addition, it is also involved in transportation engineering projects including roads, bridges, flyovers and airport runways.
