Silverline tech signs JV with Creative Infocity

New Delhi, Oct 16: Silverline Technologies Ltd, an IT services provider, today signed a strategic joint venture (JV) agreement with US-based Creative InfoCity Inc for developing BPO and IT infrastructure facilities to the extent of 5,00,000 sft based at Infocity, Gandhinagar.

The implementation of the facility will be done by Creative InfoCity Ltd, India, a joint venture of Creative InfoCity Inc, and the Gujarat government, a company statement said.

The alliance will be extended to set up such IT Infrastructure facilities under the brand name of ''Infocity'' in other parts of the country.

As a part of the alliance, the company with its global business presence, will utilise the 5,00,000 sft facility located at Gandhinagar in various phases for the purpose of IT, ITES, including animation and BPO services. The company has drawn a five-year plan to utilise the same.

The JV will be operated by Silverline Technologies Ltd.
