Rupee opens flat at Rs 45.45/46/USD

Mumbai, Oct 16: The Indian Currency today opened flat at Rs 45.45/46 per US Dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 45.44/45 per US Dollar and is currently trading at Rs 45.46/47 per US Dollar, as stocks perform at an all time high, a money market trader said.
