RBI fixes Rupee ref rate at 45.46 against USD

Mumbai, Oct 16 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for the Indian unit three paise higher at Rs 45.46 per US dollar as compared to the previous day's rate of Rs 45.49, an RBI spokesperson said here.
