MP bypolls: Cong expels rebels

Bhopal, Oct 16 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee today expelled two persons from the Congress' primary membership for six years as the duo are contesting byelections as candidates of other parties.

Party disciplinary committee Secretary Deepchand Yadav provided details in a release issued today.

Mr Kapoor Chand Dhuwara is contesting the October 30 Vidisha Lok Sabha bypoll as a Bharatiya Janata Party nominee while Ms Rekha Yadav is trying her fortune as a Bharatiya Jana Shakti candidate in the Malehra assembly byelection.
